Why it is not a dashboard
A dashboard answers questions you already thought to ask. The briefing exists to raise the things you would not have gone looking for. That is also why it is short. Everything else Whappy does observes, decides or acts — and none of it says anything unless you go looking, which is what makes an automated system feel like a black box rather than a colleague. What it covers
Your week in numbers — conversations held, leads who answered everything, and the same broken down per campaign with a capture rate for each. What Autopilot did without being asked — how many actions it took, how many were denied for lack of permission, how many Coach proposals are waiting for you, how many experiments are running, and how many changes were kept versus reverted. What needs attention — the part worth reading first.Three levels of attention
Each item is one of three severities, and every item says what to do about it. An item that cannot say what to do is a worry rather than a briefing, and would leave you worse off than saying nothing.Quiet weeks
When nothing happened and nothing needs doing, the briefing says so plainly rather than padding the space. The briefing is generated weekly and shown in the dashboard. It is not yet emailed or sent over WhatsApp — that delivery channel is still being decided.
