Autopilot is the part of Whappy that works on your campaigns rather than on your leads. It rehearses a campaign against invented customers, grades the conversations that have finished, and proposes changes. If you let it, it also tests rewordings by itself.
Three different things in Whappy use AI, and they do different jobs.The AI that talks to your leads follows the funnel you built, asks your questions and books appointments. What Autopilot is made of

Coach

Grades finished conversations, spots repeated weaknesses, and proposes fixes backed by quotes from your own leads.

Rehearsal

Runs six invented customers through your funnel before real ones arrive. Nothing is sent to anybody.

Assistant limits

What the Assistant may do on its own, the limits that still apply, and the record of what it changed.

Switch the pages on per campaign

Coach and Rehearsal are optional pages. A campaign shows neither until you switch it on:

Open the campaign's Options

Campaigns → your campaign → Options.

Find Sections

Sections lists the extra pages for this campaign’s sidebar.

Switch on Coach, Rehearsal, or both

The change applies straight away. The page appears in the campaign’s sidebar.
A campaign that talks to your existing customers (a client campaign) does not offer Coach or Rehearsal.

Nothing changes by default

  • Coach starts Off on every campaign. It still grades finished conversations, so when you switch it on it starts with what it already knows. It proposes nothing while it is off.
  • Rehearsal runs only when you press Rehearse.
  • Coach changes your wording by itself only if you set its mode to Apply automatically. Only you can choose that mode; the Assistant cannot choose it for you.

How the pieces fit together

  • Use Rehearsal before real leads arrive. Its list of the questions personas struggled with is the same signal Coach uses on real conversations.
  • Use Coach once real conversations have finished. It tests a rewording against your original and keeps the better one.
  • In Apply automatically, Coach only starts tests of rewordings by itself. Everything else waits for you. See Coach.
