Home is the first page after you log in. It is one column of plain rows: what needs a person, the last 30 days as a chart, your campaigns with their numbers, which integrations are connected, and your plan in one line. Nothing is switched on or off from here; every row opens the place where you act. The title is a short greeting that changes from visit to visit. The numbers only count real leads and real chats.

Needs you

The first block lists what is waiting for a person, one row each, with a link on the right. When nothing is waiting, it reads Nothing needs you right now. A running campaign never appears here: it is already talking. The reasons a campaign can show are:
  • No active subscription
  • WhatsApp not connected
  • Instagram not connected
  • First message has no number: the account has a WhatsApp number, but this campaign’s first message does not name one.
  • Funnel incomplete
  • Needs attention — open it: something else, explained on the campaign’s own page.

Last 30 days

Three lines, one point per day, oldest day on the left:
  • Chats started: chats that opened that day.
  • Chats closed: chats that reached the end of the funnel that day.
  • Appointments: appointments booked that day.
Hover the chart for the three values on one day.
“Chats closed” here is the same thing the Analytics page calls Qualified and the lead table calls Completed: a conversation that reached the end of the funnel.

Campaigns

Your campaigns as a table, with N of M live after the title and All campaigns on the right, which opens the Campaigns page. The first row, in bold, is All campaigns: the total leads and chats across every campaign. Under it, one row per campaign with its channel icons, its name, its Leads and its Chats. A zero is shown as —. A row opens the campaign. Campaigns are ordered by what they need from you: campaigns that cannot start come first, then the live ones, then the paused ones.

Integrations

Every integration your account is offered, as rows with its logo, and N connected after the title. All integrations on the right opens the Integrations page. Each row ends with its state:
  • Connected
  • Needs attention: Whappy has flagged it; the same integration appears under Needs you.
  • Connect: not connected yet. Its logo is greyed out.
Connected and flagged integrations are listed first. A row opens the integration’s page.

Plan

One line at the bottom, shown only while you have an active subscription: the plan’s name, how many leads you have used this month out of your limit, and when the plan renews. A thin bar under it shows how much of the month’s leads you have used. Plan on the right opens your plan settings.
An agency account working as itself has no campaigns or leads of its own: instead of Home, it lands on its client list. Open a client to see that client’s Home.
