A rehearsal drives six invented customers through your real funnel, one at a time, and reports how the campaign coped. Nothing is sent to anybody, and no third party is contacted.

Open Rehearsal

Rehearsal is an optional page. Switch it on first: Campaigns → your campaign → Options → Sections → Rehearsal. It then appears in the campaign’s sidebar as Rehearsal. Press Rehearse to start a run. A client campaign does not offer Rehearsal. You can also ask the Assistant to rehearse a campaign for you.

Who gets tried

The six personas are the ways a real conversation goes wrong. Each is filled in for your business, but the cast is always the same: A funnel that only works on the cooperative persona works on a minority of your leads.

Nothing leaves Whappy

Rehearsal leads are marked as invented, and the mark travels with them through the whole funnel:
  • No appointment is booked in your calendar.
  • No Send data step fires: no webhook, Zapier or Make call, no WhatsApp notification.
  • No CRM contact is created or updated.
  • No WhatsApp message is sent to a real number.
You can rehearse a fully connected campaign without touching anything it is connected to.

It runs in the background

A rehearsal takes a few minutes. Each persona waits for a real reply from your funnel at every turn, as a real lead would. While it runs the page shows Rehearsing your campaign…. You can leave the page; the result is stored with the campaign and is there when you come back.

Reading the result

The page leads with one number: the share of personas that answered everything your funnel asks. Under it, one sentence sums up the run and names the question missed most often. Questions they struggled with ranks your questions by how many personas did not answer them. It is the same signal Coach uses on real conversations, available before you have any. Open Who we tried to see each persona. Each ends in one of these states:
The persona completed the funnel. You see how many messages it took.
The persona did not finish. You see after how many messages it stopped, and which questions it never answered. This is a result about your campaign and counts toward the score.
Something failed on our side, and the persona never spoke.This is not a result about your campaign. It is left out of the score, and it lists no unanswered questions, because it was never asked any.
If the whole run fails, the page says The rehearsal didn’t finish. Press Rehearse to try again. To run a new rehearsal after a change, press Rehearse again at the top of the page. The page shows the new run while it works, then its result.
